Hi, this layout I used Crate Paper Portrait papers and embellies.  The alphas are Jillibean Soup and the blooms are Kaiser (Sage).  TFL

Yep - Another layout ! HBS Sketch Challenge

I know!  You would think things were quiet in the shop - they are not!!!!  Don't know what is going on just seem to be motivated to get many things done at the moment.  Just thought I would sneak in an offering for this month's Sketch Challenge at HBS. 
Using Jillibean Soup Dutch Mustard papers, Serenade Thickers, Sizzix Rosette Die (to make the Rosette). 
The banners were cut out using Spellbinders Pennants Die (my favourite!) and linked together with Hemp String.  TFL! You can pick yourself up of the floor now!

Another Jillibean Chilled Strawberry Soup project.  Recently exhibited at the Treasured Craft Creations show and thought I would scrap out set up stall.  TFL!

Got in early this month for the HBS Sketch Challenge.  Have been wanting to use these papers for ages but struggled with coming up with a boy theme IYKWIM?  Anyway finally found some pics to use and here is the result.  The alpha are Scrapware which I thought went really well with the Kraft theme.  TFL

Lucky Moment

This one has been sitting on my desk for a week waiting for me to work out how to finish it.  It was one of the projects where I thought I knew where I was going with it then it just didn't come together they way I had hoped.  Anyway today I finally sat down in front of it determined to finish it and move on to the next project!  Still a tad ho hum about it but I guess you have projects like that.  TFL

Family Photo

I am sure I am not the only one . . . but I can count on 1 hand the number of family photos I have.  I have plenty of the kids, hubby with the kids but I am rarely in them.  2 reasons (like everyone else) I don't like having my photo taken and I am usually the photo taker!

So was pleased with this photo taken on Christmas day as we all look happy given the tough year that 2010 was.  It was also really nice to scrap a flowery layout for a change instead of an all boy layout which is usually the case!

Not that I ever make resolutions but maybe this year should be a year of scrapping more photos of myself.  For those who don't know me other than via HBS I had a cancer scare at the beginning of last year and had to have neurosurgery last January.  2010 was a long year of recovery physically and also trying to keep my new business running and growing.  I think 2011 should be a year of being thankful for my health and recording it so I never forget just how lucky I was!  Let's see how I go!

Anyway - The below layout used Jillibean Soup - Pasta Fagioli papers, American Crafts Thickers, Martha Stewart Monarch Butterfly punches and of course loads and loads of flowers I have been accumulating over the years!  TFL
